On the 3rd of June, 2015, carried out the next Scientific Seminar at the Institute of Economy ANAS. The seminar hold on the chairmanship of professor Ali Nuriyev the Associate Member of ANAS and discussed two pretendants thesis which presented for the defense of scientific degree of philosophic doctor of economic sciences. Ph.D. of economic sciences Sevda Seyidova the counselor of the Scientific Seminar gave an information about the pretendants.
Firstly, Tarana Mutallim Ahmadova the dissertant of Sumgayit State University gave information about the dissertation work (on the specialty of 5312.01- “Field economy”) on the theme of “The perfection of organizational and economic mechanisms of managing investment processes in the oil and gas production” (Scientific adviser Doctor of economic sciences, professor Q.Safarov). she talked about the urgency of the theme, the studying level of the problem, purposes and duties of scientific research works, the main scientific innovation of the work, the main maintenance of scientific research work and also talked about the conclusions and gave recommendations on the theme. The scientific viewers, which appointed on the work D.Sc. of economic sciences, professor Irshad Karimov and Ph.D. of economic sciences Agil Asadov said the urgency of the theme and basically noted their comments and suggestions.
Another participants also expressed their thoughts about the investigated works. In the seminar the concept of scientific innovation, achieved conclusions and the purposes which put forward during the defense period especially made wide and interesting discussions.
Then the pretendant answered to the questions asked by the scientific viewers and by the participants and in turn, she noted that will take into the attention of asked questions and comments, also will be working on these problems till the next meeting. By the openly voting of seminar participants and with the consideration of suggestions her thesis has recommended to the next defense. 
The second pretendant Vafa Khanlar Rustamova the dissertant at the Institute of Economy ANAS, informed the participants about her theses (scientific adviser, the Associate Member of ANAS, professor Shahbaz Muradov) on the theme of “The perfection of utilization of the scientific and technical personnel potentials in the chemical industry” (on the specialty of 5312.01-“Field economy”) for defense the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy of economic sciences. She especially noted the urgency of the work, content, the main scientific innovation, conclusion and her recommendations on the theme of dissertation work. 
Then the appointed viewers of the work D.Sc. of economic sciences Gulanbar Azizova and Ph.D. of economy Tarana Najafova noted their comments and basic suggestions. Another participants of the Seminar C.Quliyev, A,Nuriyev, M.Gulaliyev, Y.Mammadov, A.Mustafayev, G.Azizova beside with noting the urgency of the work also added their comments and suggestions. Then the pretendant answered to the questions and said that will pay attention to them. Then the theses by V.Rustamova has recommended to the next defense (economics.com.az).
