On June 24, 2015, has carried out the next meeting of Scientific Council of the Institute of Economy ANAS
Under the chairmanship of the Doctor of economic sciences, professor Nazim Muzafarli (Imanov), first of all the members of the Council congratulated the 75th Anniversary of Academician of Ziyad Samedzadeh the Associate Member of ANAS, 60th Anniversary of Ph.D. in economics Maziaddin Ayyubov, 50th Anniversary of Azada Huseynova.
Professor Nazim Muzafarli gave information that on June 25, 2015, is the 75th Anniversary of academician Ziyad Aliabbas Samedzadeh the Associate Member of ANAS and on this occasion adopted a decision No.10/4, on May 20, 2015, and on the base of this decision the Institute of Economy ANAS together with the Azerbaijan Economists Union planned to carry out Scientific Conference in autumn of 2015, dedicating to the 75th Anniversary of academician Ziyad Samedzadeh and must be published the works about his life and creativity on the press, including in scientific publications. Also the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economy planned to carry out the Scientific Conference dedicating to the 75th Anniversary of Ziyad Samedzadeh and created the Organizational Committee. The chairman is the Doctor of Economics, professor T.H.Huseynov and the members are Ph.D. in economics Abdulsamad Hasanov and Ph.D. in economics Ilkin Soltanli. And the preparation of scientific works according to the conference entrusted to Doctor of Economics, professor T.H.Huseynov, Ph.D. in economics, docent Khosrov Karimov and Ph.D. of economic sciences, docent Seyfaddin Samandarov. 
At the meeting also discussed other problems, including the issues relating to examinations for admission to doctoral studies and passing exams lows of the test system and decided to form a commission within 10 days and to coordinate the preparation of test questions in the departments of the Institute.
On the Science Council also decided to appeal to the Supreme Attestation Commission related to obtaining the scientific title of professor to the head of department “Economic theory and the theory of economic thought”, Doctor of Economics Gulshan Yuzbashiyeva.
