On November 24, 2015, has carried out the following scientific seminar at the Institute of Economy ANAS
Under the chairmanship of professor Ali Nuriyev the Associated Member of ANAS has carried out the following scientific discussion of the theses of two pretendants on the scientific degree of Philosophy Doctor in economics. Scientific Counsellor of the Scientific Seminar Ph.D. in economics Sevda Seyidova gave information about the pretendants. 
Firstly, Aynur Nabi Babayeva an aspirant of the Institute of Economy ANAS, gave widely information about the content of the thesis on the theme of “Regularity of formation of areas structure of Azerbaijan industry” (on the specialty of 5312.01-“Area economy”) (Scientific adviser Doctor of Economics, professor G.Yuzbashiyeva). She based the urgency of dissertation thesis, investigation level of the problem, its purposes and duties, also noted the main scientific innovation of the thesis and spoke about the conclusions and recommendations. 
Reviewers Doctor in Economics, professor Farhad Rahimov, and Ph.D. in economics Rufat Afandiyev gave notes about the urgency of the thesis and noted that the dissertation thesis has carried out in the level of according requirements, but beside these they added their reasonably comments and suggestions.
A.Babayeva in turn answered to the questions by the attendants.
The second pretendant – Parham Hossein Ahmad dissertant of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction gave widely information about the content of the thesis on the theme of “The integration system of management of construction sector” (on the specialty of 5312.01-“Area economy”) (Scientific adviser Doctor of Economics, professor M.A.Mammadov). He also based the urgency of dissertation thesis, investigation level of the problem, its purposes and duties, also noted the main scientific innovation of the thesis and spoke about the conclusions and recommendations.
Reviewers Atig Karimov, professor of the 
department of “Banking” of ASEU, and senior scientific worker of the Institute of Economy ANAS, Ph.D. in economics Ramil Aliyev talked about the urgency of the thesis and added their reasonably comments and suggestions.
At the end, with an open vote the members of scientific seminar recommended the dissertation theses to the next defence stage.
