Speech by Vilayat Ramazanov in the club of “Young scientists and specialist”
On March 6, 2015s, at the Institute of Economy of NAS of Azerbaijan with the participation of young economists took place an event in the club of “Young scientists”. Ph.D. Ramil Aliyev the chairman of the “Council of young scientists and experts” of the Institute of Economy of NAS of Azerbaijan gave brief information about the speaker. In the meeting, Vilayat Ramazanov a dissertator at the department of “Regional development and the problems of utilization of natural resources” spoke on the theme of “The problems of development of small business”.
He gave wide information about the essence of entrepreneurship, its types, the stages of its development, thoughts of the world scientists’ and economists’ around the field of entrepreneurship, characteristic features of entrepreneurs, classic and innovative entrepreneurship, the classification of enterprises, the state support for entrepreneurship and its forms, the world experience in this field, main priorities of the development of entrepreneurship in our country, including Vilayat Ramazanov spoke about the assessment by the world’s leading organizations of entrepreneurial environment formed in our republic.
At the end of speech V.Ramazanov talked about his own contribution for gaining positive results in the field of entrepreneurship. The report was viewed positively by the seminar participants.
We must note that the purpose of the organization of such events by the young scientists is the stimulation of the interest of young economists in the work, creating conditions for interesting discussions in the field of economics.
