Ali Nuriyev's 75th Anniversary Conference
On November 28, 2014s, at the Institute of Economy of NAS of Azerbaijan was held the 75th anniversary conference and in honor of 50 years of scientific pedagogical activity of Corresponding Member Ali Khudu Nuriyev D.Sc. of economy, professor and Honored Scientist of NAS of Azerbaijan.
In the conference participated the vice-president of NAS of Azerbaijan, academician Isa Habibbayli, academician Teymur Kerimli, known scientists and economists of Azerbaijan, deputies, teachers of higher educational institutions and scientific figures of Azerbaijan.
Director of the Institute of Economy of NAS of Azerbaijan, D.Sc. of economy, professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov) noted that Ali Nuriyev is one of the famous scientist on regional studies in our country and his work is highly appreciated by the state. Professor, Nazim Imanov solemnly congratulated and awarded him with the Honorary Diploma of the Institute of Economy of NAS of Azerbaijan.
In the conference D.Sc. of economy, professor Isa Aliyev also shared his memories and noted that he passed very hard but honest life, talked about his studying years at the institute. Then academician Ziyad Samedzadeh, D.Sc., professor Shamsaddin Hajiyev, the Corresponding Member of the Institute of Economy of NAS of Azerbaijan, D.Sc., professor Shahbaz Muradov, professor Sabir Gumshudov, professor Mushviq Atakishiyev, professor Bayali Atashov, professor Rena Sultanova and others talked about his humane treatment and highly valued his scientific pedagogical activity. The participants talked about his family also how he is simple hardworking and sensible scientist.
