In 2026, the Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan celebrates its 30th anniversary. On this occasion, the Chamber is holding a series of events within the framework of the anniversary year. Among the contributions of the Chamber of Auditors to the development of the audit field in the country, the events carried out in the direction of cooperation with the press and public awareness also occupy a special place. The institution organizes various competitions to promote the audit field in society and promote the preparation of educational materials in this direction. In this regard, one of the significant initiatives undertaken to mark the 30th anniversary of the Chamber’s establishment was the organization of an individual writing competition among journalists on “In the Development Stages of Auditing: The Path from Compliance to Strategic Partnership and Trust.”
The winners of the competition were recently announced. Mahluga Huseynova, Head of the Public Relations and Information Department of the Chamber of Auditors, presented the winners of the competition. Among the winners of the competition was the head of Department of the “Monetary and Fiscal Regulation Problems” of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the “News of ANAS Economics Series” scientific journal, Doctor of Economic Sciences Yashar Mammadov.
The winners were awarded with a special diploma of the Chamber of Auditors and cash prizes (economics.org.az).
