On June 18, 2026, held a scientific seminar on specialty 5312.01 - “Industrial Economics” at the Institute of Economics of the Azerbaijan National University of Technology, chaired by Prof. Tarbiz Aliyev.
At the seminar discussed the dissertation work on "Main directions of durable and sustainable development of construction in oil and gas industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan" submitted by Murad Bekir Gasimli for the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
M.Gasimli made a presentation on the main content of the dissertation work. Then, listened to the opinion of the reviewers appointed for the work. The applicant answered the questions addressed to him by the reviewers and seminar members. The seminar members made speeches regarding the dissertation work, expressed their opinions, remarks and recommendations, and held extensive discussions. Finally, the dissertation work was recommended for the defense stage by secret ballot (economics.org.az).
