On April 30, 2026, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy of Uzbekistan held an international scientific and practical conference on "Main directions and prospects for ensuring economic stability in New Uzbekistan in the context of the transformation of global geoeconomic processes."
Employees of the Institute of Economics of the MSE, Head of Education Department, Ph.D., Ellada Khankishiyeva, leading researchers, Ph.D., Associate Professor Matanat Abdalova and Ph.D., Associate Professor Gulnar Samadova participated in the plenary session of the conference in an online format. Ellada Khankishiyeva made reports on “Intellectual property as a factor of innovative development: international experience and regional characteristics”, Matanat Abdalova made a speech on “Assessment of economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan based on an integral index”, and Gulnar Samadova made a speech on “Modern state and development prospects of tourism relations between Turkic-speaking states”. Then, certificates were presented to the participants (economics.org.az).
