The monograph examines the current issues of organizing and managing entrepreneurial activity in the furniture industry, taking into account existing theoretical and methodological views and international practices, and comprehensively analyzes and evaluates its current state based on long-term statistical and international organization data, using various analysis methods. The methodological aspects of organizing the business process in the furniture industry, developing and implementing business plans are explained, and shown the ways of identifying and effectively using relevant reserve opportunities.
As a logical result of the research, the monograph provides methodological and practical proposals and recommendations on supporting public-private entrepreneurship in the furniture industry, developing social entrepreneurship, creating an SME cluster, regulating risk, expanding artificial intelligence, formulating a strategy for diversifying production, as well as the main directions of sustainable development of the sector.
