Also, the “Regional Integrated Value Chain Architecture” (T-RIVCA) Model has been proposed for the economic integration of the countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). Within the framework of the T- RIVCA model, regional production processes are completed within the OTS from raw materials to final assembly, the integration process is transformed into single and interdependent stages, and a new economic structure is formed that reduces import dependence. This model proposes is a new institutional framework that creates a unified industrial policy, common technical standards, coordinated investment priorities and collective competitive advantage in the OTS space.
According to another scientific result, a methodological framework has been developed to measure the level of inclusiveness of social development, and a composite indicator called the “Inclusive Social Security Index” (ISSI) has been proposed. ISSI is calculated based on 3 sub-indices (Social Security System Coverage, Social Security System Sustainability, Social Security System Adequacy), as well as 11 indicators. The index was calculated for 30 countries, including for Azerbaijan.
The participation of private investment in large-scale reconstruction and construction works carried out in post-conflict areas is very low compared to public investment. In order to saving the public funds, acceleration of construction works, diversify the regional economy and for achieving other positive effects, the attraction of private investment to the region should be expanded. The created incentive regime does not fully produce the expected results. New principles, mechanisms, forms and an algorithm of action for attracting private investment to the region have been developed. For this purpose, based on the developed methodology, measured the degree of rigidity (softness) of the mechanisms of state regulation of the process of providing e-information services in Azerbaijan and a number of other countries. Analyzed the development indicators of e-information services in Azerbaijan and the measures taken for the development of these services. A survey based on a new methodological approach was conducted to assess the quality of e-information services in the country.
