Employees of the department of "Problems of Regional Development and Utilization of Natural Resources" of the MSE Institute of Economics, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor Nasimi Ahmadov, Doctor of Philosophy Vilayat Ramazanov, Tural Mammadov and Svetlana Najafli participated in the Emidworld III International Congress of Economics, Finance, Business and Social Sciences, organized by Baku State University (BSU) and Kilis 7 Aralik University in Turkey, on November 13-15, 2025.
At the event held at BSU, N. Ahmadov made presentations on “Assessment of the impact of oil and gas resources on Azerbaijan's position in the World Energy Trilemma Index on energy security”, V. Ramazanov on “Innovative agriculture: socio-economic development of regions and food security”, S. Najafli on “Current state of socio-economic development in the Karabakh economic region”, and T. Mammadov on “Assessment of the tourism potential of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic”. All participants were awarded with certificates.
