Discussed the scientific reports in the department of "Theoretical Basis of Economic Policy"

  The annual reports of employees on the implementation of scientific research plans at the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education are being discussed in scientific departments. On October 20, a reporting meeting on the results of scientific research plans implemented in 2025 held in the department of "Theoretical Foundations of Economic Policy" of the Institute. 
 The meeting, chaired by the head of the department, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Gulshan Yuzbashiyeva, listened to the annual reports of the scientific staff and discussed the results. The general scientific research topic of the department is “In the medium and long term directions for the implementation of national priorities of socio-economic development in Azerbaijan”.
  Department employees: Doctor of Economics, prof. H.B. Rustambeyov made a report on “Improving the role of national economic interests in ensuring sustainable economic development”, Doctor of Economics, associate professor A.O. Huseynov “Directions for improving the effects of voluntary regulation of inflation-devaluation processes in Azerbaijan on the competitiveness and sustainable development of the economy”, Doctor of Economics, associate professor S.S. Samandarov “Grouping of directions for improvement in the Azerbaijani economic literature regarding the impact of economic growth on the competitiveness and sustainability of the country's economy”, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor T.M. Gurbanov “Directions for perfection of cyclical development in building a sustainable and competitive economy”, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor A.M. Mustafayev “Directions for improving the impact of corporate governance on the competitive environment”, Doctor of Philosophy A.Kh. Fataliyeva “Proposals for reducing the weight of the shadow economy in ensuring competitive economic development”, Ph.D V.M.Abbasova “Directions for increasing the role of state anti-monopoly measures in ensuring competitive economic development”, senior scientific researcher R.V.Shirinova “Improving the possibilities of conducting a new privatization process in the liberated territories”, senior scientific researcher J.S.Mirzabeyova “The problem of competition in the higher education system in Azerbaijan and its solution directions”, scientific researcher A.R.Ashirlı reported on their research on “Ways for increasing the impact of Azerbaijan's national and spiritual values on innovation skills”, and scientific researcher G.C.Gadirova made a report on “Preparation of proposals on directions for solving structural problems of economic growth”.
