On February 24, 2025, held a scientific seminar at the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science on the specialty 5308.01 - “General Economics”.
At the seminar discussed the dissertation work on “Improvement of state regulation of the formation of a knowledge economy in Azerbaijan” submitted by Allahyar Muradov, a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Economics, for receiving the scientific degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences.
At the meeting chaired by Professor Elshad Mammadov, the pretender A.Muradov made a comprehensive presentation on the main content of his dissertation work. Then listened to the reviewers' opinions. The applicant answered the questions addressed to him. The seminar members made speeches and expressed their opinions on the dissertation work, and held discussions. Finally, the dissertation was recommended for the defense stage by secret ballot (economics.org.az).
