An expert of Central Bank made a speech at the Institute of Economics on "Plastic cards and non-cash payments"

  On February 7, 2025, held the next meeting of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists (CYSS) of the Institute of Economics MSE. The meeting, chaired by the Chairman of the Council, Ph.D. in Economics Elnur Zeynalov, discussed a number of issues related to the scientific activities of young researchers.

  Fuad Sabziyev, Deputy Director of the Department of Non-Cash Payments and Plastic Cards of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was a guest of the young researchers. Fuad Sabziyev made a presentation on "Plastic Cards and Non-Cash Payments", answered questions on the topic, and held interesting discussions (economics.org.az).
