  At the plenary session, the head of the department of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Professor Museyib Ilyasov, made a presentation on “Organization of work on competency-based personnel training in higher pedagogical education”, Professor Pinar Bilasa of Gazi University made a presentation on “Integration of national and international experience in educational and research activities”, Head of the Department of the Institute of Linguistics of ANAS, Professor Ismayil Kazimov made a presentation on “Ways of forming students' research skills in higher education”, Head of the Department of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education, Associate Professor Allahyar Muradov delivered a report on “Regulatory Factors of Educational Development and Knowledge Economy Construction: Modern Challenges and Existing Opportunities”, and Associate Professor Mehdi Rahimov, Head of Department of Mingachevir State University, delivered a report on “Modern Universities in the 21st Century: a look at the future of higher education”.
