Two employees of the Institute of Economics were awarded with the "Doctor of Philosophy" diploma by HAC

  By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, two employees of the Department of Inclusive Social Development of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science - senior researchers Vafa Hashimova and Elnur Zeynalov - were awarded with the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
  They were presented with the diplomas at an event held at the Higher Attestation Commission on November 29, 2024.
