Problems of restoration of post-conflict territories were discussed at an international scientific conference in Russia

  On October 8-9, 2024, held an international scientific conference in Novosibirsk, a well-known science city of Russia
  The organizers of the conference were the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Industrial Economy and Organization, Novosibirsk State University, Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov (Kazakhstan). Although the theme of the conference was "Siberia and Central Asia: economic, historical and humanitarian relations", Azerbaijani scientists were also invited to the event. Director of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Azerbaijan Republic, professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov) participated remotely in the opening ceremony of the conference, noting the importance of the problem to which the conference was dedicated and wishing success in its work. 
  Associate professor Azer Safarov, head of the Scientific Center for the Reconstruction of Post-conflict Areas of the MSE Institute of Economics, who participated in the plenary session of the conference, delivered a report on "Participation in the construction of a new economy in the post-conflict areas of Azerbaijan is a factor in strengthening investment cooperation and economic integration within the framework of the CIS and the Organization of Turkic States.". 
  After the conference, Azer Safarov held discussions with participants from Central Asian countries about the possible directions of scientific cooperation and the prospects of attracting investments to the process of creating a new economy in post-conflict areas (economics.org.az).
