On October 04, 2024, held a meeting of the Dissertation Council of MSE Institute of Economics
At the meeting chaired by Professor Rena Sultanova, held a discussion of dissertation work on 5308.01 – “General economy” “Development directions of the banking sector in terms of modern requirements” submitted by Aykhan Valeh Khubanov, Ph.D. student of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for receiving Ph.D. scientific degree.
Scientific secretary of the Dissertation Council, Ph.D. Sevda Seyidova, gave information about the pretendant and then A.Khubanov made a broad presentation about the main content of his dissertation work. Listened to the opinion of the official opponents. The plaintiff answered the questions addressed to him. The members of the council made a speech on the dissertation work and expressed their opinions, and held discussions. In the end, by secret voting the thesis was approved by the Dissertation Council (economics.org.az).
