"Doctor of Philosophy" diploma was presented to an employee of the Institute of Economics by HAC

  By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Akif Aghayarova, a senior researcher at the Department of Demography and Employment Problems of the MSE Institute of Economics, was awarded with a PhD in Economics scientific degree.
  On July 3, 2024, at the event held at the Higher Attestation Commission, a corresponding diploma was presented to A. Aghayarova.
