On May 14, 2024, held a scientific seminar on the specialty 5312.01 - "Area economy" at the MSE Institute of Economics. At the seminar, held a discussion on the dissertation work submitted by the plaintiff Jafar Firdovsi Jafarov for receiving a PhD in Economics scientific degree on the topic "Improving the regulation of the agricultural insurance market in the Republic of Azerbaijan"
At the meeting chaired by Professor Tarbiz Aliyev, the secretary of the Scientific Seminar, Ph.D. in Economics, Famil Rustamov gave information about the plaintiff J. Jafarov and he made a broad presentation about the main content of his dissertation work. Then heard the opinion of the reviewers appointed on the case. The plaintiff answered the questions addressed to him by reviewers and seminar members. The members of the seminar presented their opinions on the thesis, and held discussions. In the end, the dissertation work was recommended for the defense stage by secret voting (economics.org.az).
