On April 18, 2023, held the next online scientific seminar at the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education. The event chaired by the director general of the institute, D.Sc., professor Nazim Muzaffarli, attended by a number of employees of higher educational institutions
At the seminar, a head of department "Economic problems of agricultural sector", D.Sc., professor Isa Aliyev made a presentation on "Development Problems of agricultural sector based on innovation in Azerbaijan".
He spoke about the scientific and practical nature of innovations, the research conducted in the field of innovation in our country, the importance and necessity of applying modern innovations in agriculture, and the main problems in this field. He noted that despite the high innovative potential in our country, innovations in the agricultural sector have not developed at the desired level.
After that, held extensive discussions on the topic. Associate professors Yunus Sadigov, Mahir Zeynalov, Emin Mammadzade, Allahyar Muradov, prof. Tarbiz Aliyev, employee of Mingachevir State University Ruhiyya Huseynova and others spoke, also expressed their opinion on the topic, and made suggestions.
