At the meeting chaired by Professor Isa Aliyev, after giving the information about the plaintiff, Y.Sadigov made a wide speech about the relevance of the dissertation, the level of study of the problem, the goals and objectives of the research, the main scientific innovations of the work, the main content of the research, the results and proposals.
