F. Ganbarov, associate professor S. Abasova).

Heard the opinion of the official opponents. The plaintiff answered the questions addressed to him. the Members of the council spoke about the dissertation work and expressed their opinions, also held discussions.
In the end, S.Yahyan's dissertation was approved by the Dissertation Council through secret voting (economics.com.az).
