On April 20, 2021, held a scientific seminar on the specialty 5312.01 - "Field Economics" at the Institute of Economics of ANAS.
At the seminar discussed the dissertation by Farahim Alif Valiyev on "Formation and development prospects of the organizational mechanism of project management (on the example of housing construction in Azerbaijan)" presented for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
At the meeting chaired by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Tarbiz Aliyev, the Secretary of the Scientific Seminar Ph.D. in Economics, Famil Rustamov gave information about the defender. F.Valiyev made an extensive presentation on the main content of the dissertation. Then the opinion of the reviewers appointed on the case (Doctor of Economics, prof. Ganimat Safarov and Ph.D. in Economics, assoc.prof., Ramil Aliyev) was listened. The plaintiff answered the questions of the reviewers and members of the seminar that addressed to him. The members of the seminar spoke about the dissertation, expressed their views, comments and suggestions, and held discussions. In the end, the dissertation was recommended for the defense by open voting (economics.com.az).
