Under the chairmanship of Professor Tarbiz Aliyev has carried out the following scientific discussion of two defenders on the scientific degree Doctor of Philosophy in Economics. Scientific Counsellor of the Scientific Seminar Ph.D. in Economics Sevda Seyidova gave information about them.
For the first time, Fidan Eldar Ismayilova
Ph.D. student of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan gave information about her thesis on “Under the global financial crisis the regulation of monetary and banking system in Azerbaijan” (Scientific adviser – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Shahin Sadigov).
Then, Iranian citizen, Ph.D. student of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Khorrem Shirindil Adibniyan
"Problems of housing construction development and mechanism of its management (in the sample of Tabriz)”,” (Scientific adviser – Doctor of Economics, Professor, M.Farzaliyev)
Each of them based the urgency of dissertation work, investigation level of the problem, its purposes and duties, also noted the main scientific innovation of the thesis and spoke about the conclusion and recommendations with substantiating the theoretical and practical importance of dissertation work.
Reviewers – Ph.D. in Economics, Ramil Aliyev, Ph.D. in Economics, Vilayat Ramazanov, and Ph.D. in Economics, Asif Mustafayev gave a note about the urgency of the work and noted that the dissertation work has carried out in the level of according requirements, but beside these they added their considerations and thoughts. Defenders answered to the questions, which addressed them by the members of the seminar. At the end, with an open vote the members of scientific seminar recommended the dissertation work to the next defense stage (economics.com.az).
