Dissertation works were carried out at the Institute of Economics, ANAS
On April 19, 2018, held the next of Scientific Seminar of the Institute of Economics, ANAS. Under the chairmanship of Professor Tarbiz Aliyev, discussed the dissertation of two candidates for the scientific degree of Ph.D. in Economics. 
Scientific Councilor of the Scientific Seminar, Ph.D. in Economics, Sevda Seyidova gave information about the pretenders.
First of all, pretender of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, Firish Balash Shakaraliyev gave information about the dissertation on "The role of audit in the provision of macroeconomic regulation" (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Economics, professor A.A.Rustamov). He spoke about the relevance of the work, the level of studying of the problem, the goals and objectives of the research, the key of scientific innovations, the main content of the study, and the results and suggestions. 
Appointed reviewers – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Vahid Novruzov and Ph.D. in Economics, Yashar Mammadov also highlighted the relevance remarks of the topic and made comments and proposals. The pretender, F.Shakaraliyev, gave detailed answers to the questions, which addressed by the seminar members, as well as the comments of the reviewers. Members of the Seminar voiced their views, comments and suggestions on the case. At the end, through open voting the dissertation was recommended for the next discussion phase, with the requirement to consider comments and suggestions. 
In the second part of the seminar, Iranian citizen, Ph.D. student of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, Fallahi Kazem Aziz made presentation of the dissertation on the theme "Development Problems of Free Economic Zones in the Islamic Republic of Iran (in the sample of Bandar Anzali Free Economic Zone”) (“General Economics” and “World Economy”)
(scientific supervisors Doctor of Economics, D.A.Valiyev, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor A.H.Hasanov). He highlighted the relevance, content, key of scientific innovations, results and suggestions of the research work.
Then the reviewers on the work – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Peri Hasanova and Ph.D. in Economics, Asif Mustafayev reasoned his remarks and proposals. The other members of the seminar also emphasized the relevance of the issue and sang their comments and suggestions. The pretender, Fallahi Kazem, answered the questions and noted that he would consider noted remarks in the work. At the end, by open voting the dissertation was recommended to the next discussion phase (economics.com.az).
