On April 13, 2018, held the next meeting of the Discussion Club "Creative Economy" at the Institute of Economics, ANAS. Opening the event, the director of the Institute, Prof. Nazim Muzaffarli gave information about the speaker and then held the discussion on the 
development of the processing industry in the agrarian sector.
Ph.D. in Economics, Yunus Sadigov, Senior Research Fellow of the Department “Agrarian Reforms and Food Security” of the Institute of Economics, analyzes the agrarian industry, infrastructure, food security of the country, agricultural development trends and measures taken on state programs in this field, specific features of agricultural products processing, including problems and prospects in this area.
Then the leading scientific worker of the Department "Problems of regional development and use of 
natural resources", Ph.D. in Economics, Mazeddin Ayyubov spoke about the traditional processing industries, agro-industrial sector of the national economy, the classification of agricultural production and processing areas, and the main features of modern agrarian-industrial enterprises. Senior Research Fellow of the Department "Entrepreneurship and Monopoly Regulation Problems", Professor T. Azizov, commented on the importance of creation of agro parks in agrarian sector, its main features and advantages of their activity in modern times.
There were interesting discussions around the topic, especially the modern forms of production and processing of agricultural products, and world experience in this field caused wide discussions (economics.com.az).
