On January 5, 2017, between the administration of the Institute of Economics and the Trade Union Committee signed the collective agreement for 2017.
The contract is a legal document regulating the relations of employers, the labor group or a written contract between the trade unions and workers, also social, economic and etc. relations. The document signed on behalf of the administration of the institute of Economics director of the Institute, prof. Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov) and on behalf of the Trade Union Committee signed the Chairman of the Committee Tanriverdi Pasha. The main objective of the agreement is to regulate the activities of TUC and the administration for reconciling the interests of employees with the interests of the Institute, including to protect socio-economic rights of the employees (economics.com.az).
