Monograph has dedicated the methodological and theoretical problems of state regulation of technological changes and innovations in international economic sphere, either the implementation practice of innovation modifications in economic developing countries in term of global competition. In this monograph have investigated some features CIS countries’ and Azerbaijan’ innovation and technological developing. Particular attention is paid to factors of state regulation of technological changes and marketing processes in international economic links, to creation of methodological base for definition of indicators of innovation and technological change’s processes in global marketing and economic relations and their state regulation. In this monograph have analysed some innovation and technological change processes’ possibilities for Azerbaijan national economy and have created some strategic various of Azerbaijan high technological and up-to-date goods’ and services’ issue to external markets for realisation.
