Has started the works for returning Azerbaijani cotton glory of 70-80s. Ph.D. in Economics, assistant professor Ilkin Soltanli, leading scientific worker of the department of “Agrarian reforms and the problems of food security” gave an interview to the daily public newspaper "Kaspi" about the present condition of cotton production and its potential development directions.
