Deputy Director on scientific issues Ph.D. in Economics, Allahyar Muradov led to the delegation, we were six and had business meetings with ten organizations in Ankara and Istanbul. I would like to note that our meetings were very useful and interesting. I think that most interesting meeting were in the Gazi University in Ankara, and at the Istanbul Commerce University in Istanbul.
- Which brain centers do we have opportunities to cooperate more closely?
- There are many areas for cooperation. Basically, joint scientific researches (especially, in the field of logistics), organization of joint scientific forums and conferences, and most importantly investigation, which caused great controversy "on the leftness and rightness of economic development of the national economy" in the direction of calculation of the indices.
- Is there any opportunities for publication of our scientists’ works in the impact factor of journals in the brotherly country? What is necessary to do then?
- This issue was discussed at several meetings, which held in the universities. For example, one of the largest high school of Turkey is Gazi University in Ankara.
During a conversation with a dean of the faculty, “Economy and management skills” of the same university offered to publish joint scientific journal. It would be very useful for our employees, because the publications in the university are the international impact factor journals.
- In your opinion, which organizations are very perspective for joint collaboration?
- I think that with the mentioned organizations - Gazi University in Ankara, Istanbul Commerce University, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Turkey are possible to create joint collaboration in a short time. Because, they are closely interested in carrying out scientific investigations of the “leftness and rightness oriented economic development of the national economy”.

- Is it real to carry out joint investigations with the researches’ centers of according ministries?
- It is completely real. For example, in the Ministry of Development of the Republic of Turkey, the exactness and accuracy of empiric results of carrying out calculations can be give efficiency opportunities for calculated indices by us, and in this case, opportunities for joint collaboration would be increased and there should be gain syncretic effect for further deepen cooperation.
- Connection with the works to be carried out within the framework of future cooperation Scientific Counsellor of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, Ph.D. in Economics Rasmiyya Abdullayeva on the decision of the head of the Institute appointed coordinator on mentioned issues. What will be the essence of her work?
- I cannot answer to this question. To my opinion, Rasmiyya Abdullayeva will be responsible for the creation of relationships with the scientific institutions in Turkey.
- In what direction do the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Institute of Economics cooperate with the Turkish International Cooperation Coordination Agency (TIKA)?
- This frame directly depends on our specific wishes and purposes. TIKA has representative offices in 135 countries around the world. Its financial and material-technical base is quite broad. If there will be interesting offers, I think, TIKA, Turkey can contribute to scientific and technical events for us.
We already have joint projects. For example, in February, 2015, in Baku, at the Institute of Economics Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and TIKA held the conference on the theme “Islamic finance: present situation and future expectations”.
The main objectives of the cooperation between two institutions are the continuation of scientific cooperation, strengthening the scientific relations between the two countries, realization of the fundamental, long-term researches and make their contribution to the development of the economy of the countries. In short, we intend to carry out joint projects with research centers in Turkey.
