At the Institute of Economy will be carried out the following scientific session dedicated to the 75th Anniversary of professor Shahbaz Musa Muradov the Associate Member of ANAS.
On September 28, 2015, held on the following meeting of Scientific Council of the Institute of Economy ANAS. At first professor Nazim Imanov, director of the Institute of Economy ANAS, also the member of the council congratulated the heroes of the day were – professor, Gulshan Yuzbashiyeva, Tahir Ibrahimov and Seyfaddin Samandarov.
And then professor N.Muzaffari gave information that on August 10, 2015, was the birthday of Doctor in economics, professor Shahbaz Musa Muradov the Associate Member of ANAS and well-known economist of Azerbaijan. Connected with this the Presidium of ANAS made a decision on June 24, 2015, no. 11/10. On the base of the same decision, the Institute of Economy ANAS must carry on the Scientific Session dedicated to the 75th Anniversary of professor Shahbaz Musa Muradov the Associate Member of ANAS, and must be published the scientific works about the life and scientific activity of professor Shahbaz Muradov in mass medias.
After the discussions the Scientific Council decided to create the Organizational Committee consisting of three members - Doctor in economics, professor R.P.Sultanova, Ph.D. in economics A.G.Gozalova and Ph.D. in economics A.A.Huseyn for carrying out the Scientific Session. The scientist's life and scientific activity will be highly covered in a wide range of media and Scientific Sessions will be held on November 26, 2015.
At the meeting also discussed the situation in connection with the preparation of test questions’ bank on exams for Ph.D. scientific degree. Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Council, Ph.D. in economics, assistant professor Allahyar Muradov 
said that the Institute of Economy has been entrusted to develop the test base on economics. There are 12 Special Economic Sciences:
- 5301.01 Domestic fiscal policy and public finances
- 5302.01 Econometrics (economics, mathematics)
- 5303.01 Accounting
- 5304.01 Types of economic activity
- 5306.01 Technological innovations economy
- 5307.01 Economic theory
- 5308.01 General Economy
- 5309.01 Organization of industry and public policy
- 5310.01 World economy
- 5311.01 Organization and managing of enterprises
- 5312.01 Area economy (economics, geography)
- 5313.01 Demographic (economics, geography, history, sociology)
Just 2 of them 5302.01 Econometrics and 5303.01 Accounting have not developed the test base because there is no entrance examination to the Institute, but the remaining function test database is fully prepared (7 specialties).
After discussions at the Scientific Council taking into account the correction of small defects, decided to affirm the test banks and present them to the department of Public Relations of ANAS.
