On June 30, 2015, has carried out the following scientific seminar at the Institute of Economy ANAS
Under the chairmanship of professor Ali Nuriyev the Associated Member of ANAS has carried out the following scientific discussion of the thesis by Elnur Etibar Gafarli on the scientific degree of Philosophy Doctor of economic sciences (on the specialty of 5312.01-“Area economy”) on the theme of “Problems of rational utilization of investment resources (in the sample of Bakuelectricshabaka AJSC)” and Scientific Concealer of the Scientific Seminar Ph.D. of economic sciences Sevda Seyidova gave information about the pretendant and said that he is a candidate for a degree at the Azerbaijan Cooperation University and his scientific adviser is a Doctor of economic sciences, professor A.I.Bayramov.
Then the pretendant Elnur Gafarli gave widely information about the content of thesis. He based the urgency of dissertation work, investigation level of the problem, its purposes and duties, also noted the main scientific innovation of the thesis and spoke about the conclusion and recommendations with substantiating the theoretical and practical importance of dissertation work.
Reviewers – Doctor of economic sciences, professor Rana Sultanova, Doctor of economic sciences Fuad Gambarov talked about the urgency of the theme and beside this, noted disadvantages and suggestions of dissertation work. E.Gafarli answered to the questions of participants and said that agreed with these disadvantages and till the next stage will be working on those problems.
Also the participants at the scientific seminar - Doctor of economic sciences Arif Huseynov, Atig Krimov, Farhad Rahimov, Ali Nuriyev, Philosophy doctor of economic sciences - Agil Asadov, Yashar Mammadov, Mayis Gulaliyev and other participants gave a note about the urgency of the work and noted that the dissertation work has carried out in the level of according requirements, but beside these they added their considerations and thoughts. At the end, with an open vote the members of scientific seminar recommended the dissertation work to the next defense stage.
