On October 23, 2015, has carried out the following meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economy
The meeting held under the chairmanship of professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov), director of the Institute of Economy ANAS, and firstly, the participants congratulated the leading scientific worker, Ph.D. in philosophy Mayis Gulaliyev for his 55th Anniversary. Doctor in economics, Fuad Gambarov on the base of the discussions became a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economy ANAS. 
Deputy of chairman Ph.D. in economics Allahyar Muradov gave information about the results of the scientific research works that carried out during 2015, at the departments of the Institute of Economy, also discussed the reports and talked about the affirmation procedures. After the discussion affirmed the new rules of scientific reports and their affirmation procedures too.
At the meeting, Shakir Aliyev the deputy on general issues of the Institute of Economy gave information about the labour discipline. Also discussed the straightening of control on labour discipline and increasing the responsibilities of scientific workers. 
At the meeting widely discussed the scientific work “Economic liberalism and their influence to the development of human capital (comprehensive analyse of Azerbaijan and Turkey)” by Ph.D. in philosophy Mayis Gulaliyev and Ph.D. in economics Fargana Musayeva, for its publication in the journals, which include to the “Web of Science”. Reviewers of article are - Doctor in economics Yuzbashieva Gulshan, Ph.D. in economics Allahyar Muradov and Ph.D. in economics Yashar Mammadov. Taking into account the comments and suggestions scientific article was advised to print.
