During 27th of June-03rd of July, 2015, Ph.D. of economic sciences Ramil Aliyev leading scientific worker of the department “Entrepreneurship and the regulation problems of monopoly” of the Institute of Economy ANAS, has participated in the innovation conference organized by “ОтУС” summer school, “Science as a business”, “Rossotrudnichestva” and “Otkritiy University
Skolkovo” (ОтУС”) for youth scientists in the Skolkovo Innovation Centre in Moscow. The conference held in the frame of participants of members of CIS youth scientists’ and members of specialists’ council.
Purpose of summer school “Skolkovo” Innovation 
Centre (IC), the systemization in SRI of CIS and scientific centres of Russia and with the aim of formation of personnel potential, which consists of youth scientists, also commercialization of the result of scientific research work. However, intended the creation of personnel group consisting of youth scientists and innovators with the purpose of creation mutual connection among scientific and innovative federal and regional administrative bodies and “Skolkovo” IC and other SRI.
On the program of summer school planned and realized the followings:
- The lectures on commercialization and models of the result of scientific activity;
- Carrying out the seminars on development of administrative habits, “master-classes”, “presentation art”, “brain attacks”;
- Creation of connection between the members of groups, games and discussions;
- The defence of innovation projects;
