On July 8, 2026, the Director General of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MSERA), Professor Nazim Muzaffarli, Executive Director, Associate Professor Famil Rustamov, Head of Scientific Research and Practice, Associate Professor Tariyel Gurbanov, also Head of Department the Public Relations, Associate Professor Mahir Zeynalov met with the Rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Associate Professor Rufat Azizov
At the meeting, which was also attended by the vice-rectors and deans of the departments of ASOIU, discussed the expansion of cooperation between the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the university, the implementation of joint scientific projects in the future, and the work to be done in this direction.
At the end of the meeting, signed a memorandum of cooperation between the parties, which constitutes the legal basis for cooperation (economics.org.az).
