Head of the Department of the Institute of Economics, Prof. Rasmiyya Abdullayeva made a presentation at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations
On June 25, 2026, at the event “View from the Top – Career Planning 2026” was organized at the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations for supporting the professional development of students and young people. The main goal of the event was to inform young people about the modern requirements of the labor market, develop their career planning skills, support them in correctly assessing their potential, and contribute to the formation of a successful roadmap for professional development.
At the same time, it is intended to increase the knowledge and skills of the participants on human resource management, skills required in the era of artificial intelligence, CV preparation, preparation for the interview stage and academic career opportunities, and to support their more prepared integration into the labor market.
