Opening the event with an introductory speech Ph.D., Associate Professor Allahyar Muradov spoke about the importance of civil engineering and civil defense, possible emergencies, the responsibilities of commission members in the field of preventing emergencies, and the importance of constantly improving knowledge in this area.
The Chief of the Civil Defense Headquarters of the Institute, Shovgi Khalilov, delivered a report on Civil Defense Day. He spoke about the elimination of the consequences of possible emergencies and the implementation of the functional duties of civil defense forces, and provided educational information.
