At the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists listened a report by a young researcher

  On February 16, 2026, held the next meeting of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists at the MSE Institute of Economics, chaired by Dr. Elnur Zeynalov
  First, the Executive Director of the Institute, Associate Professor Famil Rustamov, spoke about the activities carried out at the Institute of Economics for increasing the interest of young people in scientific research and providing them with support, the conditions created for young people, and also noted the importance of the activities of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists and conveyed his recommendations to researchers and doctoral students. 
  Javanshir Burhanzadeh, a junior scientific researcher of the department "Post-Conflict Territories Restoration" Scientific Center  of the institute and member of the Council, made a presentation on his scientific research "Ways to attract foreign innovative investments to post-conflict territories of Azerbaijan." 
  Speaking about the experience of attracting investments to post-conflict areas in the world and their restoration, the researcher noted the possibilities of applying the best examples in Azerbaijan. Analyzing the processes of building a new economy in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, state support mechanisms, and the potential opportunities of the region, J. Burhanzadeh presented the results of his assessment of investment opportunities in post-conflict countries. He also noted his suggestions on ways to attract foreign innovative investments to Karabakh.
