Published a monograph "Socio-economic aspects of the labor market and personnel training in Azerbaijan"

  Published a monograph on "Socio-economic aspects of the labor market and personnel training in Azerbaijan" by Doctor of Philosophy in Economics Intizar Gurbanova, a leading researcher at the department "Demography and Employment Problems" of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education.   
  The book published by the decision of the Institute's Scientific Council, the scientific editor is Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Shahbaz Muradov, and the reviewers are Prof. Gulenbar Azizova and Associate Professor Jala Aliyeva. In the monograph examined the content of the labor market, employment, unemployment, and the formation of professional and specialized personnel training, and the current state of the labor market and personnel training indicators in Azerbaijan. Special attention is given to employment issues among young people in the monograph. Priority areas have been identified in terms of adapting personnel training to the needs of the labor market and improving employment, including the optimal use of vocational education.
