By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, two employees of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science - Department Head, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Allahyar Muradov, and Senior Researcher, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics Sabina Asadova were awarded with scientific degrees of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
They were presented with their respective diplomas at an event held at the Higher Attestation Commission on December 30, 2025.
