On December 15, 2025, at the meeting of the Scientific Council of the MSE Institute of Economics held the announcement of results of the competition for planned scientific research works implemented at the Institute in 2025, dedicated to the Victory Day, with the aim of improving the quality of scientific research works and providing additional incentives to employees for this.
The Director General of the Institute, Prof. Nazim Muzaffarli announced the names of the winners and presented them their corresponding diplomas. The winners of the competition were awarded with cash prizes held among the scientific staff and scientific departments of the Institute.
Thus, the winner of the competition among the scientific departments was the Department of “Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity” (Head of the Department, Professor Fuad Ganbarov).
Among the employees, Ilgar Sadigov and Matanat Abdalova took the 1st place, Vafa Hashimova, Yunus Sadigov and Minara Agayeva took the 2nd place, and Firdovsi Shahbazov, Samira Abbasova, Dilman Asadov, Tanriverdi Pasha and Isgander Babazade took the 3rd place (economics.org.az).
