On October 10, 2025, held the defense of dissertation work submitted by Namig Rasul Abbasov, a Ph.D. student of the Institute of Economics, for receiving scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics on "Possibilities and means of realizing innovative economic growth" in the specialty 5307.01 - "Economic Theory", at the meeting of Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Sciences and Education.
At the meeting, the applicant N. Abbasov made a comprehensive presentation on the main content of the dissertation work. Listened to the opinions of official opponents. The applicant answered the questions addressed to him. The members of the Council made speeches and expressed their opinions on the dissertation work, and held discussions. Finally, the dissertation work was approved by the Dissertation Council through a secret ballot (economics.org.az).
