Held an online meeting between the Institute of Economics and Tashkent State Transport University of Uzbekistan

  On October 9, 2025, held an online meeting between the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Tashkent State Transport University of Uzbekistan. A group of management staff from both institutions participated in the event. 
  Opening the event with an introductory speech, the Director General of the MSE Institute of Economics, Professor Nazim Muzaffarli, gave broad information about the main areas of activity of the scientific institution he leads, fundamental scientific research topics, projects implemented by the order of state and government agencies, participation as an expert in relevant government working commissions, and etc. He spoke about the growing political and economic relations between Turkic states in recent years, and how this creates good opportunities for cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan in the field of science. 
  Rector of Tashkent State Transport University (TSTU), Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Abdulaziz Gulamov spoke about the expansion of relations based on deep mutual trust between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, and the active participation of the Presidents of both countries in this area. The rector gave broad information about the activities of the University he leads, the economic reforms implemented in Uzbekistan, and especially the latest innovations in the transport sector. He noted that, in addition to TSTU's activities in the field of education, they are interested in international scientific research, implementing joint projects with the MSE Institute of Economics, and conducting scientific researches. 
  Then, held a broad exchange of views on the expansion of cooperation between the Institute of Economics and the Tashkent State Transport University and the possibilities of conducting joint scientific researches (economics.org.az).
