By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the head of the department of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Rasmiyya Abdullayeva, was awarded with the academic title of "Professor".
She was presented with a corresponding diploma at an event held at the Higher Attestation Commission on June 25, 2025.
