Shakir Aliyev, the general manager of the Institute, who opened the event and spoke about the importance of civil defense, possible emergencies, the duties of the commission members in the field of emergency prevention, and the importance of constantly improving knowledge in this direction.
Head of the Civil Defense Staff of the Institute, Shovgi Khalilov, delivered a report on Civil Defense Day. Sh. Khalilov spoke about the elimination of the consequences of emergencies and the implementation of the functional duties of the civil defense forces, and also gave educational information.
