An employee of the Institute of Economics was awarded with the diploma of "Doctor of Philosophy"

  By the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission (SAC) under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ulkar Mammadova, a senior researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education was awarded with the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
