Members of the research group of the project "Development of incentives and support mechanisms for increasing the attractiveness of Shamakhi region for private investments" by the Institute of Economics of Ministry of Science and Education visited Shamakhi region
The members of the research group led by the coordinator of the project, professor Tarbiz Aliyev, met with Etibar Muradli, the deputy head of the Executive Authority of Shamakhi District. Shakir Aliyev, deputy director for general affairs of the Institute of Economics, department heads - associate professor Mahir Zeynalov and associate professor Famil Rustamov also took part in the event.
In the meeting, were widely discussed the issues of preparation for the business investment forum planned to be held in December of this year in Shamakhi with the participation of local executive authorities, representatives of related state institutions, experts, and entrepreneurs, organized by the Institute of Economics.
Prof. T. Aliyev gave informstion about the work done so far within the framework of the project, the materials collected and analyzed about Shamakhi, the conducted researches and evaluations, and based on them prepared book for the publication. In addition, ideas were exchanged on organizational issues related to the future work and preparation of the forum regarding the project "Development of promotion and support mechanisms for increasing the attractiveness of Shamakhi region for private investments" (economics.org.az).
