The first issue of the magazine "Economic Growth and Social Welfare" of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education for 2023 was presented to the readers. This issue of the magazine contains scientific articles on various current economic topics
In 2020, the members of the magazine's editorial board were renewed, well-known economist scientists, academicians and professors from the universities of prestigious countries of the world were included in the new structure. The editor-in-chief of the scientific publication, which is published 4 times a year, is Professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov), Doctor of Economic Sciences, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Professor Mushfig Atakishiyev, Executive Secretary, Associate Professor Yunus Sadigov.
"Economic Growth and Social Welfare" magazine was included in the list of periodical scientific publications recommended to publish the main results of theses in Azerbaijan by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (HAC) dated December 11, 2020.
The magazine, which is the successor of "Scientific Works" magazine, was registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 26.04.2011 (Register No. 3402). In addition, the international ISSN center (Paris) assigned the ISSN code to the journal in 2020: ISSN 2707-9309; E-ISSN 2707-9317. Included in ICI World of Journals, Jurnal Internet Archive, Road, Academic Resource Index ResearchBib, Academia.edu, Scribd, Calameo indexes. Summarization and indexing are in progress.
The magazine publishes scientific-theoretical articles and research materials in the field of economics in a format that meets the requirements of the modern era. Articles are published in Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish and English languages. Also, the electronic version of the magazine is posted on the Internet site of the Institute of Economics - economics.com.az, where it is possible to get acquainted with the articles electronically (economics.com.az).
