On June 12, 2026, held a meeting of the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education, Musa Rzaqulu Hajiyev, a doctoral student of the National, Aviation Academy, defended his dissertation on “Enhancing the Efficiency of Air Transport in the International Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan” for receiving scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics (PhD in Economics) in the specialty 5312.01 – Field Economics.
At the meeting chaired by Professor Rena Sultanova, the applicant M.Hajiyev made a comprehensive presentation on the main content of his dissertation. Listened to opinions of official opponents. The applicant answered the questions addressed to him. The members of the Council made speeches and expressed their opinions on the dissertation, and held discussions. Finally, the dissertation was approved by the Dissertation Council through a secret ballot (economics.org.az).
